By using Reference, you agree to these Terms. If you install or use the app through Apple platforms, Apple’s applicable App Store and media service terms also apply.

App Store Terms

Reference is distributed through the Apple App Store. Payments, subscriptions, refunds, and account handling are managed by Apple under Apple’s policies and terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for making sure content you save or import is lawful and does not violate third-party rights.

Availability and Changes

Reference may evolve over time. Features can be updated, changed, or removed to improve performance, security, and compatibility.

Limitation of Liability

Reference is provided on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
