H1 Reader is designed for local reading. Your Markdown files stay on your device unless you choose to store or share them somewhere else.

Data collection

H1 Reader does not collect personal data, create an account, run advertising trackers, or send the contents of your Markdown files to me.

Your files

Files are opened from locations you already control, such as Finder, iCloud Drive, or local folders. H1 Reader reads those files so it can display them.

If you email support, I will receive the information you include in that message and use it only to reply to you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
